Happy 1st Birthday, Rachel!!!

Rachel Elizabeth is 1 year old today!! It is hard to believe that one year ago today at 5:48 p.m., Rachel was born! She was a high maintenance little girl when she was brand new, but she has been so much fun over the past year! She is such a happy girl now who loves to laugh!

We spent part of the day at Jack's school helping with Santa's Shop. The children in the school can bring money to shop for Christmas gifts in Santa's Shop. Jack did all of his shopping yesterday! Rachel and I visited Jack's class during Centers. His class sang "The Birthday Song" to Rachel while we were there! She LOVED it! Of course, she had a big smile on her face while they sang to her.

When we got home this afternoon there were 2 packages addressed to Rachel from Grandma and Grandpa! She was so excited to open them! One package had a toy in it called a "Curiosity Cube." It has lots of fun things to do on it! The other package had a very cute outfit and some Christmas ornaments for Rachel and Jack to put on our tree! Jack even got a card with some money in it! Thank you very much, Grandma and Grandpa!!
