I took Jack to the doctor this afternoon and he has the FLU! We were definitely disappointed to hear that diagnosis. He can't return to school until Monday--and that's only if he's been fever-free for 24 hours. We shipped Rachel off to Nana's and Papa's house so she would not get it. Jack, Rachel, and I got flu shots in November, but it may have been too early for this late flu season.
Here are pictures of Jack and Rachel from today. They received a Valentine surprise from Grandma and Grandpa! We enjoyed a tasty heart-shaped pizza from Papa Murphy's for our Valentine supper! Yum! Yum! Happy Valentine's Day!!
