Welcome Home, Rachel!

Jack is feeling much better and hasn't had a fever since Thursday! Rachel got to come home this afternoon after staying with Nana and Papa for a couple of days. We didn't want her to get the flu. While she was with Nana and Papa, she didn't have a bottle at all! She just drank from her sippy cup! Yea, Rachie!! Also, she didn't want her paci until it was naptime or bedtime! Again, yea, Rachie!! She is feeling much more confident about standing on her own and taking a few steps. She tries walking a lot more on her own! Big girl!!! Here are some pictures of Rachel enjoying a Deceptively Delicious grilled cheese sandwich (it has butternut squash in it)! At first I was breaking off small pieces to give her, but when the sandwich was smaller I gave it to her to see how she would do. A couple of times her bites were too big, but overall she handled the sandwich very well! Jack helped me make tomato soup and his grilled cheese sandwich. Yum, yum!!
