15 Month Check-up

I took Rachel to the doctor Tuesday for her 15 month well check. She was VERY cooperative with the nurse and doctor! Usually she screams the entire time, even when she's just being weighed. Jack had an appointment to check a sore throat on Monday and Rachel got to see how brave he was. Maybe that helped her feel better about the doctor's office for her visit. Rachel had to get 2 immunization shots (DTaP and HIB/HEP B combo). She tensed up when the needles went in her legs, but didn't cry for several seconds later. What a big girl! Here's how she's growing:


Weight = 21 lbs. 3 oz. 30th percentile
(I was really hoping for 22 lbs. so we can turn the car seat around! I think that's close enough! Don't turn me in!)

Height = 29 1/4" 15th percentile

Head Circumference = 18 3/4 85th percentile

My petite little girl with the big head (to hold all her brains, of course)!!

We are so glad she is a healthy girl!
