We got up early and headed to the park for Family Fitness and Fun Day! There were lots of booths about health and fitness. Of course, we love getting all the little freebies!! There were giveaways, as well. Jack Crain won a cool, red bike and a matching bike helmet! It was actually Papa's ticket that was called, but what's he gonna do with a youth bike?? Jack will have to learn how to ride without training wheels! Rachel really enjoyed the activities for kids. There were lots of little games and prizes. She also LOVED the mascots that were there. Rocko the fox was there, as well as, Mister Froggy from a local radio station. Jack got to go through the fire safety house which he really liked. It was a fun morning!

We wanted to go to that, but Caity had a softball game this morning! Glad you all had fun!
