Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of me with Jack and Rachel. We went to church with my grandmother in Perryville. She was smiling big because her 3 daughters and their families were all there. We had planned to go to a park to have a picnic and play after church, but the weather was rainy and cold! Instead, we ate chili dogs and other picnic foods at her house. Jack and his cousin, Reese, were hiding rubber bands from my dad for a while. Then they started putting them in his hair! Poor Papa!! It was nice to spend the day with family.

As you probably read, I got very sweet words from Chris and a renewal for the Sentinel News!! Now, that may not sound like a fun gift to you, but for me that was a wonderful gift! We stopped our subscription a while back and I have really missed reading up on my hometown news. I tried to read the paper online, but it just didn't include everything I wanted to read. The whole Indiana Jones stuff is all for Chris! I'm just tagging along, but we are going to eat at P.F. Chang's or some other nice restaurant. I'm looking forward to that!!
